A Mykolaiv court has upheld a guilty verdict against the head of the Medical Expert Examination Commission of Mykolaiv Clinical Hospital, who was accused of drawing up obviously false official documents.

This information is contained in the verdict, which is available in the Unified Register of Court Decisions.

On June 14, 2024, a 53-year-old resident of Mykolaiv region, acting as a member of the commission of the Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, by prior conspiracy, entered false information about the health status of a military man, indicating unconfirmed diseases, and unreasonably recommended him the third group of disability.

"Acting intentionally, during the consideration of the medical case at a meeting of the commission of the Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise of the Mykolaiv Regional Council regarding the serviceman, she drew up an examination report No. 36/1 of the medical and social expert commission of the form 157-1 under her own signature as the chairman of the commission," the statement said.

The court imposed a fine of 2,000 non-taxable minimum incomes (UAH 34,000) with the deprivation of the right to chair expert commissions on medical and social examination for a period of 1 year.

Earlier, we wrote about how Russia, through its agent, was hunting for new developments for the Armed Forces. However, the security forces managed to expose and detain the spy at an enterprise in Odesa region.

The SBU also detained a traitor who was "leaking" information about Ukrainian drones in Kherson region.

Another agent aimed to collect data on the volume of state defense orders at the enterprise, as well as to obtain information on the location of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and critical infrastructure facilities. He regularly traveled around the area by car, looking for the right locations, and had covert conversations with local residents to find out the necessary information in the dark.
