Four more traitorous judges from Crimea are sentenced to 13 years in prison

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

The post says that four former judges from Crimea who joined the enemy's service were sentenced in absentia under public prosecution by the autonomy's prosecutor's office. They were found guilty of high treason (Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and sentenced to 13 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Thus, prosecutors proved in court that after the occupation of the peninsula, the convicts betrayed their oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people and were employed by the illegally created judicial bodies of the aggressor state. In particular, two of them took the positions of "judges" in the occupation Dzhankoy District Court, others - in the Razdolnensky and Saksky District Courts of the Republic of Crimea. One of these "servants of Themis" is involved in the criminal prosecution of Ukrainian activist Volodymyr Balukh. By administering "justice" on behalf and in the interests of the aggressor state, the convicts ensure the functioning of the occupation judiciary on the peninsula, thus assisting representatives of the Russian Federation in conducting subversive activities against Ukraine.

Earlier it was reported that Ukraine continues to impose sanctions against traitors in Crimea, which is an important tool in the struggle to restore justice and ensure respect for human rights. in accordance with the new decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, enacted by the Decree of the President of Ukraine, the list of persons subject to sanctions included 11 so-called judges.

It was also reported that an occupation judge who had been prosecuting Ukrainians in Crimea was sentenced to 13 years in prison for treason against the state.
