On June 23, the City Council's deputy commission on education, sports, and interaction with public organizations considered amendments to the City Targeted Program for Providing Housing for Orphans, Children Deprived of Parental Care, Persons from Among Them, and Large Families Raising Five or More Children for 2023-2025.

The Odesa City Council's Service for Children decided to propose this draft decision to the session on July 2, and the commission had to consider it.
