Former deputy of Odesa City Council detained for treason with Russia "shared" his real estate with the state

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency conducted an inspection of the offices of a former deputy of the Odesa City Council.

The deputy himself is suspected of high treason. However, his real estate in the form of three offices in the central district of Odesa was transferred to the ARMA by the decision of the Peresypskyi District Court.

The purpose of the inspection was to determine the actual condition of the premises and collect technical and legal information to prepare the assets for the announcement of open tenders for the manager.

Three attractive office properties are offered in the historic center of Odesa, ready for commercial use. The first is a modern Class A business center on Nina Strokatoy Street, built in 2011. The seven-storey building with an attic, technical floor and underground parking has a total area of 7,363.5 sq m. The property is fully equipped with utilities and has a market value of almost UAH 220 million.

The second property is a historic office building on Prymorskyi Boulevard, built around 1830 and extensively renovated in 2017. The total area is 3,487.6 square meters. The building has modern engineering facilities. It is valued at almost UAH 133 million.

The third property is the Marcel business center on Nizhynska Street. It is a modern B+ class complex with 7 floors of offices, an attic, a technical floor and a basement. Its total area is 3,750 sq.m., of which 2,900 sq.m. are available for lease. The building has high-quality engineering, modern design and is located in the business district of the city. The preliminary estimated cost is UAH 142 million.

All three offices have passed all inspections and can be chosen by investors and companies, all those who need real estate in Odesa.
