The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced market consultations for the management of the non-residential building of Concord Business Center LLC, which was transferred to ARMA's management by a ruling of the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.

According to the ARMA press service, the property is located in the historical and resort center of Odesa and has a high potential for commercial use.

In March, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv seized a non-residential building with a total area of 10,380.6 square meters, which is privately owned by Concord Business Center LLC, prohibiting its alienation and disposal.

The real estate was used as material evidence in the investigation of criminal proceedings opened by prosecutors under five articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: fraud, misappropriation of property, bringing a bank to insolvency, unauthorized interference with information networks and abuse of power.

According to the case , in September 2018, unidentified persons, with the help of the state registrar of the municipal enterprise of the Berezansky village council of the Bilyayivsky district of Odesa region, "Registration Center", fraudulently seized the real estate of PJSC Platinum Bank, using forged documents, causing damage to the bank in the amount of UAH 475 million 290 thousand 850.

The pre-trial investigation established that in May 2018, the registrar, after completing a course to become a state registrar, handed over to an unidentified person a personal key, as well as a login and password for unauthorized access to the State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations. The registrar has already been found guilty and sentenced for this.

But the unidentified person to whom he passed this information re-registered the property to a limited liability company registered in the same year, 2018. Eventually, the real estate became the property of Concord Business Center LLC and was seized.

On January 10, 2017, the National Bank of Ukraine classified Platinum Bank as insolvent. The owners of Platinum Bank were Boris Kaufman and Grigory Gurtovoy.
