Fire breaks out at strategic facility as a result of night attack in Odesa region

Odesa region is once again in the crosshairs of Russian attack drones. As a result of the night attack, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged, but there were no casualties.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa Military District Oleh Kiper.

On the night of June 4, Russian troops once again attacked the Odesa region using attack drones.

As a result of the attack, one of the critical infrastructure facilities was damaged. A warehouse and equipment were also damaged.

The attack caused a fire, which was quickly extinguished by the State Emergency Service. Thanks to the quick actions of the rescuers, the fire did not spread to a larger area.

Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the shelling. Currently, the relevant services continue to eliminate the consequences of the attack and assess the extent of the damage.

On the night of June 3, Russian troops once again attacked Odesa region with attack drones, targeting civilian infrastructure in the region.

The attack damaged a truck and an office building in a parking lot. The strike also wounded two men aged 20 and 36.

A hospital in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi also reported a Russian drone strike on the morning of June 1. The attack damaged the hospital's maternity ward and administrative buildings. The facade, doors and more than 30 windows of the medical facility were damaged. There were six women in labor with babies in the ward, and one woman in labor, but neither patients nor staff were injured.

Five people were injured in two Russian attacks that targeted Odesa on the night of May 31. Drones damaged apartment buildings in different parts of the city, administrative buildings, and infrastructure.

The first and second floors of a nine-story building were partially destroyed as a result of an enemy UAV hitting it, and the building's facade and balconies were damaged. A non-residential two-story building also caught fire.
