Ex-MP's firm wins another 13 million tender in Odesa

The Road Department of the Odesa City Council held a tender to select a company to restore the pavement of the intra-quarter road in Odesa at 67, 69, 71 Oleksiy Vadatursky Street.

This was reported in the electronic procurement system Prozorro, according to the Center for Public Investigations.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and the only participant was the Limited Liability Company "Leader". According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2006. The owners are Anatoliy Zhurakivsky and Anton Gusarov. The latter, as reported by Nashi Hroshi, was a deputy of the Ovidiopol District Council in Odesa region.

The company expects to receive UAH 13 million 154.3 thousand. The area to be repaired is 5,160.4 square meters.

In June, the Road Maintenance Department of Odesa City Council held a tender to select a company that will be paid for the overhaul of the pavement of the territory and driveways adjacent to the building at 12 Heroiv Krut Street.

The company expects to pay UAH 7 million 333.4 thousand for the tender. In total, since the beginning of the year, the company has won nine tenders totaling UAH 26 million 303.4 thousand. However, all of these tenders were competitive, meaning that the company was not the only participant.

In April, the company won a tender to repair 2,735 square meters of streets:

• Vysokyi Lane, the roadway along the tram tracks at the intersection with Vodoprovodna Street.
• 28 brigades - roadway along the tram tracks at the intersection with Volodymyr Velykyi Street.
• Akademika Zabolotnoho Street carriageway along the tram tracks at the intersection with Volodymyr Velykyi Street.
• Lesia Ukrayiny Avenue is a roadway along the tram tracks at the intersection with Kanatna Street.

Earlier, the Odesa City Council's Road Maintenance Department held a tender to select companies that will be paid for the maintenance of the municipal road network on eight streets in the city. The winners were the private joint-stock company "Repair and Construction Site "Odeskolovpostach" and the subsidiary "Lider", both without competitors.
