Odesa City Council Awards ₴17.8M Road Repairs to Odeskolovpostach

The Road Maintenance Department of the Odesa City Council has conducted procurement to select companies that will be paid for the current repair of the municipal road network on eight streets of the city.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

In one case, it is about the current repair of 9,550 square meters on four streets:

• Mykhailo Komarova Street - sidewalk on the section from Yevhen Tantsiura Street to Dytytska Street and on Lustdorfska Road - sidewalk on the section from Dytytska Street to Heroiv Krut Street.
• Kovalevsky Dacha - sidewalk on the section from Kovalevsky Lane to Monastyrsky Lane.
• Inglesi - from the house at 5/4 Akademika Korolyova Street to Akademika Korolyova Street.
• Heavenly Hundred Avenue - the sidewalk from Levitan Street to Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue.

The winner was the private joint-stock company "Repair and Construction Site "Odeskolovpostach". The company was the only participant in the auction and, after the deal is concluded, expects to receive UAH 17 million 788.7 thousand. Odesgolovpostach LLC is known for the scandalous story of the repair of the Kyiv District Court, which the city council sought to repair for budgetary funds, but was forced to cancel the tender due to active public protests. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 1998. It is currently owned by Oleksandr Fridman.

The second tender provided for the repair of 2,735 square meters of streets:

• Vysokiy Lane, the roadway along the tram tracks at the intersection with Vodoprovodnaya Street.
• 28 brigades - roadway along the tram tracks at the intersection with Volodymyr Velykyi Street.
• Akademika Zabolotnoho Street carriageway along the tram tracks at the intersection with Volodymyr Velykyi Street.
• Lesia Ukrayiny Avenue is a roadway along the tram tracks at the intersection with Kanatna Street.

The winner here was a subsidiary of Leader. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2006 in Odesa. The owners are currently Anatoliy Zhurakivsky and Anton Gusarov. The company expects to receive UAH 6 million 516.2 thousand if the deal is concluded.
