Dobroslav Council Adds ₴1.48M for Mobilization Program, Total

Deputies of the Dobroslav village council in Odesa region have made changes to the financing of mobilization training activities for 2021-2025, adding UAH 1 million 479.9 thousand to the program.

According to an Intent correspondent, this brings the total amount of the program to UAH 93 million 881.4 thousand.

In 2025, the village council financed the program for UAH 8 million 537 thousand. However, the head of the village council, Liudmyla Prokopechko, emphasized that the village council cannot allocate funds to any unit without the approval of the Odesa Regional Administration and brigade commanders.

In addition, the deputies made other changes to the village budget. The projected budget revenues increased by UAH 30 million 817.1 thousand, including UAH 2 million in the general fund from personal income tax, UAH 200 thousand from excise tax, UAH 500 thousand from land tax on legal entities, UAH 229.4 thousand from rent on legal entities, UAH 600 thousand from single tax on legal entities, and UAH 900 thousand from single tax on individuals.

Thanks to a subvention from the state budget for the implementation of the project to create safe conditions in educational institutions (shelter in the Kremydiv school), the budget increased by UAH 26 million 387.7 thousand.

Accordingly, the projected expenditures also increased by UAH 34 million 140.5 thousand, including UAH 1 million 560.5 thousand for the general fund. For the special fund - by UAH 32 million 580 thousand.

In particular, the cost of energy for Dobroslav Hospital was increased by UAH 500 thousand. For governing bodies - by UAH 2 million 398.8 thousand. Utility companies - by UAH 996 thousand (maintenance of pump rooms, garbage collection, cemetery cleaning, vehicle repairs). The expenditure part of the landscaping budget should be increased by 37.5 thousand hryvnias, the development budget by 10 thousand hryvnias, and current expenditures on land management should be reduced by the same amount.

The Department of Education, Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports has increased its budget for secondary education institutions by UAH 359 thousand: UAH 165 thousand for the development of design and estimate documentation for the connection of Kremydivska secondary school to the gas distribution system, UAH 150 thousand for the maintenance of external power supply networks in Troianivka secondary school, UAH 14 thousand for the delivery and unloading of a diesel generator, and UAH 30 thousand for the verification of gas meters.

UAH 108 thousand was allocated for current expenses for cultural institutions, and UAH 100 thousand for the Children and Youth Sports School. UAH 3 million 323.4 thousand of co-financing and UAH 26 million 387.7 thousand of national funds were allocated for the shelter in the Kremydiv school.
