Dobroslav Village Council Allocates ₴500K Each to Military Units and Expands Budget by ₴855K

Deputies of the Dobroslav village council have made changes to the financing of mobilization training activities for 2021-2025.

This became known during a session of the village council on February 17, an Intent correspondent reported.

The fact is that four military formations asked the village head to provide assistance to improve the material and technical base - to purchase materials and equipment for two military units. They were allocated UAH 500,000 each for these purposes, and two units were allocated UAH 300,000 each for the purchase of unmanned aerial vehicles.

The deputies also made changes to the village budget. The revenue side of the budget was increased by UAH 255,720 at the expense of a subvention from the state budget to local budgets. UAH 245,720 was allocated to support the activities of specialists in supporting war veterans and demobilized persons, and UAH 10,000 was allocated to the special fund through proceeds from the sale of a land plot (down payment).

The expenditure part was increased by UAH 855,720, the general fund was reduced by UAH 2 million 42.9 thousand, and the special fund was increased by UAH 2 million 898.6 thousand. UAH 563.7 thousand was spent on the installation and installation of battery energy storage systems in the administrative buildings of the Dobroslav village council, UAH 370.5 thousand on the same services in the administrative building of the administrative service center, UAH 200 thousand on transportation costs, and UAH 5,900 on the installation of trackers for vehicles on the balance sheet of the village council.

Four municipal enterprises were allocated UAH 82 thousand each to install gravestones for defenders who died in the Ukrainian-Russian war through the redistribution of funds. UAH 191 thousand was allocated to the Department of Education, Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports to install a generator in the Kremydiv school by reducing energy costs.

UAH 600 thousand was allocated to adjust the project for the reconstruction of the Dobroslav kindergarten by reducing the expenditures envisaged for the development budget - UAH 2 million 300 thousand (capital expenditures). The head of the village council, Liudmyla Prokopechko, noted that all tender procedures for the Dobroslav kindergarten have been completed - the winner has been determined and donors have checked everything. She recalled that at the last session, 20% (UAH 10 million) of the UAH 50 million to be allocated from the state budget was allocated.
