Zurab Shoniya, the head of the Service Center utility company, who for many years headed the Vuzivskyi housing office, filed an annual declaration for the past year. He does not own any real estate or cars.

This became known from the official's declaration for 2024.

According to the published document, his main income amounted to UAH 467,934 in salary from the Service Center. In addition, he received a pension of UAH 129,029 through the Central Joint Pension Fund Office in Odesa.

The declaration states that the declarant does not own any real estate, vehicles, securities, corporate rights or other assets. There are also no financial liabilities or expenses that would require declaration.

The declarant holds bank accounts in two financial institutions: Ukrgasbank and PrivatBank. No information about family members is indicated in the declaration.

Recently, Serhii Parashchenko, a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council, declared dividends he received in late 2024 and early 2025 totaling UAH 3 million 139.7 thousand. The MP received the money from the Druzhba Narodiv agricultural production cooperative, which was registered in 2000. Serhiy Parashchenko is one of the final beneficiaries of this enterprise. In addition to him, the final beneficiaries of the cooperative are also deputies of the Odesa City Council Petro Obukhov and Oleksiy Potapsky.

The acting head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Odesa region, Yurii Gurskyi, has a wife with millions of dollars, who bought a Tesla Y of unknown value during the war.

Earlier, Serhii Biba, a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council from the banned OPFL, concealed assets and failed to explain his daughter's expenses. Discrepancies in Biba's declaration were found by the NACP. They found that in 2022, the deputy declared false information worth UAH 1.8 million, and also owns unreasonable assets worth UAH 2.8 million.
