Director of Mykolaiv enterprise receives one million bonus

Three times in 2025, the director of the municipal enterprise Mykolaivoblteploenergo Mykola Logvinov received a bonus of UAH 379 thousand. Thus, the total amount of his bonuses for this year amounted to UAH 1.1 million.

This was reported by the utility company in response to a request from Nikcenter regarding payments received by the company's officials in the first eight months of 2025.

In February, June, and August, Mykola Logvinov received <b>UAH 379 thousand</b> in bonuses, which, according to him, is three official salaries. Mr. Logvinov explained that such payments are stipulated in the contract and depend on the fulfillment of indicators, including the absence of accidents and the implementation of the financial plan.

In addition to bonuses, Logvinov received more than UAH 700 thousand in salary in the first eight months of the year. The highest salary was in February (UAH 126.4 thousand), and the lowest in June (UAH 84.7 thousand). At the same time, as noted, bonuses sometimes exceeded the salary by 347%.

Since 2013, Mykola Logvinov has owned a residential building with an area of 176.7 square meters. The cost at the time of purchase was UAH 250 thousand. He also owns a land plot with a total area of 71813 m2, which was acquired in 2018.

In 2023, Logvinov purchased a 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado for 1 million 700 thousand hryvnias, which is about 44 thousand dollars. His wife, Diana Kasabian, owns a 2019 Toyota Camry for UAH 770 thousand. The wife also owns Agro Land Gold Limited Liability Company.

In 2023, the director of Mykolaivoblteploenergo earned UAH 1 million 436 thousand. His monthly salary was 119 thousand.
