Deputy Mayor of Kherson Chornenka received two salaries in a year

The deputy mayor of Kherson , Natalia Chornenka, has published a declaration of her income and property. It lists several residential buildings, land plots, and an annual salary exceeding one million hryvnias.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

According to the document, Chornenko owns several properties. These include a 122.3-square-meter residential building purchased in 2010, as well as land plots: one with an area of 2,408 square meters (purchased in 2013) and another with an area of 17,200 square meters (purchased in 2011).

In addition, she uses a 213.4 square meter house and a 669 square meter land plot owned by her husband, Valeriy Chornenko.

In terms of income, in 2025, the official received a salary of UAH 449,609 from the executive committee of the Korabelskyi District Council of Kherson, as well as UAH 6,438 from her work at the Department of Education of the Kherson City Council.

Her pension payments from the Main Department of the Pension Fund in Kherson Oblast amounted to UAH 163,272. She received additional income from renting out property through Orion Rural Farming - UAH 15,584, as well as bonuses and cashback from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 6,215.

In the Executive Committee of the Kherson City Council, Chornenka declared another salary of UAH 1,319,676 and interest on deposits in PrivatBank of UAH 8,856.

Also in 2025, the official received income from the sale of movable property worth UAH 123 thousand. According to the declaration, it is a 2004 Toyota RAV-4, which her husband purchased in 2012.

In his turn, Valeriy Chornenkyi declared a salary from the Kherson City Council's Education Department, a pension of UAH 46,294, and charitable assistance from the international organization Mercy Corps in Ukraine in the amount of UAH 21,600.

The declaration does not contain any information on construction in progress, valuable movable property, vehicles, corporate rights or intangible assets.

And Mykhailo Lynetskyi, the first deputy head of the Kherson MBA, showed that his salary and compensation for 2025 is only a part of his financial income. The declaration also includes residential buildings, land plots, a car, and a share in a shopping and entertainment center.
