Vitaly Kim noted that there are already companies in Mykolaiv region that are ready to scale up and emphasized the importance of supporting such enterprises. He emphasized that cooperation with international partners would help develop industry and technology in both countries and help Ukraine during the war. The meeting was an important step towards the development of technology, investment and innovation.

Danish companies are also planning to cooperate with Mykolaiv entrepreneurs through the export credit agency EIFO, and state-owned enterprises will be able to receive loans in the form of grants under certain conditions.

In January, international partners offered assistance in the region's recovery, including through UNDP's cooperation with Denmark. This includes financial and technical support to rebuild critical facilities, stimulate economic growth and strengthen local governance. The emphasis is on supporting small and medium-sized businesses, developing economic sectors and creating jobs for veterans.
