The Kyiv court of Odesa arrested the barriers seized on the territory of the Fontanska Riviera village council and in Odesa from the Lanzheron beach and the 13th station of the Big Fountain.

The relevant court rulings were published in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Decisions.

In particular, seven barriers were seized in Fontanka, as well as three temporary structures (small architectural forms), a receipt issuing terminal, seven barrier lifting mechanisms, three poles with laser sensors, four mechanisms for fixing license plates, and three receipt reading terminals. The receipts themselves were also seized.

Investigators believe that officials of the Fontanka village council illegally transferred 14 land plots to private ownership, including nine for ownership and five for 49-year leases, by abusing their official position. All of this was transferred without auctions on the basis of the construction of coastal protection structures on the seashore.

The above actions led to illegal schemes to block access to the coastal strip, as well as unjustified charging of fees and misuse of land plots.

On Lanzheron, the investigators seized barriers to entry and exit to the territory of the Lanzheron Beach parking lot, Zone 1, with symbols No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, checkpoint documents, receipts, computers and keys.

Investigators allege that the operators of the parking market in Odesa, together with their accomplices, using existing corruption ties in local government, namely the Department of Transport, Communications and Traffic Organization of the Odesa City Council and the Odestransparkservice of the Odesa City Council, secured contracts for the operation of paid parking lots without legal grounds, without proper competitive procedures and in violation of the number of parking spaces established by the contracts. According to Intent, the barrier at Lanzheron was demolished.

Two barriers and an automatic entry terminal designed to print and issue parking tickets were seized at station 13 of the Big Fountain. During the pre-trial investigation, it was established that Odesa City Council entered into an agreement with Oleksandriya S LLC to lease a land plot for the reconstruction, operation and maintenance of a recreational and entertainment center for a period of 50 years.
