Chornomorsk and part of Odesa were cut off due to the accident

In Odesa and Chornomorsk, some consumers were left without electricity and water due to an accident at the energy company's equipment.

This was reported by the press service of DTEK Odesa Power Grids.

"On February 14, an emergency occurred at night at the equipment of another energy company. Some critical infrastructure facilities and customers of Odesa district of the region, including part of Odesa, were temporarily left without electricity," the company said.

In turn, the head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleh Kiper, said that until the situation stabilizes, critical infrastructure facilities have been switched to backup power using generators.

Water supply in Chornomorsk will be carried out according to the schedule. In Odesa, in particular, in Kyivskyi, Prymorskyi and Khadzhybeyskyi districts of the city, water supply has been organized.

In addition, 570 First Aid Points are working to help people in the region. Almost 4 thousand residents of our region used them over the past day.

Almost all night on February 15, Russians attacked Odesa with unmanned aerial vehicles, which is why three districts of the city are currently without water supply. As a result of the impact and falling debris, civilian and transportation infrastructure has been damaged. In Odesa district, the administrative facilities of the railway station were damaged. A second strike also damaged a railroad tanker with fuel spillage and combustion.
