Power engineers are working to restore power supply, after which the water supply will be stabilized," the company said.

In Odesa district, the administrative facilities of the railway station were damaged. A second strike also damaged a railroad tanker with fuel spillage and combustion. The fires have been extinguished. The attack also caused the roof of an abandoned one-story building to catch fire. The fire was quickly extinguished.
