Prior to that, Russia had also attacked Odesa with attack drones, and a fire broke out at an industrial enterprise as a result of the enemy attack. The SES engaged 15 vehicles and 62 firefighters to extinguish the fire. Also, according to the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, the blast wave smashed out windows in a religious building.
