Actions of a suspect in rape of a dog in Odesa region were classified as hooliganism

This week, police in a village in Odesa Oblast detained a man suspected of sexually abusing dogs and molesting minors.

The police have now charged the detainee with two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is about committing violent acts against an animal for the gratification of sexual passion (Part 3 of Article 299 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), as well as gross violation of public order, accompanied by exceptional cynicism (Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Earlier, the police reported that they had established the involvement of the defendant in the corruption of minors, but he is not currently suspected of this.
