On the night of November 14, Russians again attacked the south of Odesa region with attack drones, hitting civilian infrastructure.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.
According to him, the air defense forces destroyed most of the enemy targets, but, unfortunately, there was damage to civilian infrastructure and a power plant. The attack on the energy facility caused fires and damaged a nearby residential building and the roof of a garage. Rescuers localized the fires, but there is one victim who was treated.
The shelling of Odesa region by the Russian army has become more frequent and almost daily. On the night of November 13, Russian troops attacked the city of Artsyz in Odesa region, damaging critical infrastructure. There were no casualties, and law enforcement officials have launched an investigation into the incident.
On the night of November 12, Russian troops in the Peresypskyi district of Odesa damaged a high-rise building under construction - a fire broke out on the upper floors, but the fire quickly went out on its own.
On November 11, the enemy twice launched attack drones in the region. The debris fell in several areas of the city and Odesa district, damaging the roof of a private house and a section of the road. There were no casualties.
On the same day, one of the drones that attacked the region crashed in Romania near the village of Grindu, five kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Romanian radars detected groups of drones near the country's airspace, and air defense forces were put on alert.
During a nighttime attack on November 11 in Odesa region, Russian drones injured a man and damaged a Ukrzaliznytsia depot. Despite the work of the air defense forces, the debris hit energy and transportation infrastructure, causing fires at several power facilities, which were later extinguished by rescuers. There was also damage to administrative buildings.
