The Kherson Perinatal Center has signed a contract to reconstruct an underground storage facility to house the medical facility. The total value of the contract is over UAH 100 million.
The information was published in the public procurement system Prozorro.
It was decided to engage the contractor without a tender, and therefore without competition.
The reconstruction of the underground peritoneal center was entrusted to Budpostach-STSV LLC. They are ready to spend UAH 101 million 385 thousand for all the work. The contract was signed on August 6.

According to IPC-Pivden, Budpostach-STSV LLC, founded in Ivano-Frankivsk in 2008, had no tender history before the full-scale Russian invasion. Since 2023, the company has become the main contractor of the Kherson authorities, and this year it changed its registration address to 2 John Howard Street, Kherson. The head of the company is Oleksandr Valeriyovych Novokhatskyi from Ivano-Frankivsk.
Since November 9, 2023, Budpostach-STSV LLC has received 34 contracts in Kherson for a total of over UAH 213 million, including shelter repairs and electrical work.
According to the Kherson Regional State Administration, the underground perinatal center being built in Kherson will house a maternity and postpartum ward, an intensive care unit, and an operating room. These facilities will be equipped with modern equipment to provide the necessary assistance to women in labor and newborns.
Earlier it was reported that the mechanism for implementing the construction of the underground hospital and prenatal center was discussed during a meeting between UN Humanitarian Coordinator Denise Brown and the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin. During the meeting, they presented projects to restore social infrastructure, including the construction of an underground hospital and a prenatal center, and then discussed the mechanisms for its implementation. The Kherson partners have enlisted the support of the Ministry of Health. It is about conducting technical expertise to ensure that future medical facilities are well-equipped.
It was also discussed that four projects of"hospitals underground" are currently being implemented in Kherson Oblast to create safe conditions in healthcare facilities.
