8 million allocated for reconstruction of building for Mykolaiv police office

The National Police of Mykolaiv region has planned to reconstruct a non-residential administrative building into its office. The work is to be completed by the end of March next year, and the contractor is to be selected in early September.

This is according to the Prozorro procurement system.

The Main Directorate of the National Police in Mykolaiv Oblast plans to reconstruct a non-residential facility to house an administrative building. The cost of the work, according to the announcement in the system, is more than UAH 7 million 912 thousand.

The tender is being held under an open bidding procedure with special conditions. Participants can submit proposals until September 12, 2025, and the electronic auction is scheduled for September 15.

According to the terms of reference, the reconstruction will concern a non-residential facility located at the customer's address. The works should be completed by March 31, 2026. The subject of the procurement is classified under the code - other final construction works.

According to the tender, payment will be made upon completion of the work. The police promises to transfer funds to the contractor's account within 20 working days after signing the acceptance certificates.

Also, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Mykolaiv region has planned to reconstruct its administrative building and equip it with a shelter. The cost of the project is over UAH 17 million, and the work is expected to be completed by the end of May 2026. This is the second attempt to announce a tender. The previous tender, held in July, was canceled because both participants did not have time to eliminate the discrepancies in their proposals.

In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs hospital in Mykolaiv has announced an open tender to select a contractor to overhaul the roof of the main building of the medical facility. The expected cost of the work is over UAH 9 million. According to the tender documents, the contractor must perform a full range of repairs, including dismantling the old roof.
