Mykolaiv plans to overhaul the operating unit of the surgical department of a military hospital.

This is evidenced by data from the ProZorro public procurement system.

The expected cost of the work is almost UAH 11 million. According to the tender documentation, the contractor must completely renovate the premises: replace communications, electricity, ventilation and air conditioning systems, install firefighting equipment and update the interior decoration. All works are to be completed by December 25, 2026.

The customer is the Housing and Maintenance Department of Mykolaiv. The tender will be held through an open bidding process, with bids accepted until August 31 and the auction scheduled for September 1. In case of poor quality work, the contractor is obliged to eliminate the deficiencies, otherwise he faces a fine in the amount of the full cost of the repair.

Europe has allocated 47 million euros to repair the veterans' hospital in Mykolaiv. It is planned to overhaul the third floor of the hospital for war veterans at a cost of almost 47 million hryvnias. The work is to be completed by the end of 2026 at the expense of the European Union. It is a major overhaul of the third floor of the rehabilitation department of the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital for War Veterans. The selected contractor must complete the work by December 31, 2026.

Last September, the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital for War Veterans also renovated its premises. 2.5 million from the budget was planned to be spent on this. But the tender was canceled due to violations in the tender documentation. And the overhaul of the shelter at the veterans' hospital is being carried out by a company with a dubious reputation. The contract with Antares-Bud LLC was signed in June 2024, and in early 2025, the financing terms were amended.
