21 million has been allocated for repairs to the damaged water main in Tavriyskyi

In the Kherson region, there are plans to carry out a major overhaul of the water supply system in the village of Tavriiske.

The Department of Territorial Development of the Kherson Regional State Administration has announced an open tender for work to resolve an emergency situation on the water main. The estimated cost of the procurement is 21,722,102.83 hryvnias, excluding VAT.

This involves a major overhaul of the water supply system in the village of Tavriiske, Kherson District. The work is being procured under DK 021:2015 code 45232100-3, “Auxiliary work for laying water mains.” The project is scheduled to be completed by December 25, 2027.

The procurement is being conducted as part of the Ukraine Recovery Program III, which is being implemented with the support of the European Investment Bank. The tender documentation specifies that the procedure is being conducted not only in accordance with Ukrainian public procurement legislation but also in compliance with EIB requirements, which include additional conditions regarding integrity, transparency, and environmental and social standards.

The project will be financed from several sources. A portion of the funds will come from the local budget as co-financing, while the bulk of the funding will be provided as a state subsidy under the Ukraine Recovery Program III. The project will be implemented using loan funds from the European Investment Bank in accordance with the financial agreement between Ukraine and the EIB.

Bids will be accepted until August 4, 2026. The sole evaluation criterion is price, which will account for 100 percent of the total score. To participate in the tender, companies must provide a bid bond in the amount of 108,610.51 hryvnias, as well as confirm their experience in performing similar work, their material and technical resources, qualified personnel, and compliance with professional integrity requirements.

The draft contract stipulates that the future contractor must begin work after receiving all necessary permits and taking over the construction site. The work will be carried out in accordance with the project documentation and the schedule, and the contract price will be fixed and may be changed only in cases provided for by law.
