Militarization of children in occupied territories
Militarization of children is a process of involving children and youth in military training, military structures, or military-patriotic education, often without their free consent. On occupied territories of Ukraine, particularly in Crimea, such practices include putting children in military uniforms, military training in educational institutions, and forced participation in military programs. This phenomenon is considered a violation of children's rights and international humanitarian law. Ukrainian law enforcement agencies and the international community investigate and condemn such actions.
