In occupied Sevastopol, students from four Olympic reserve sports schools were enlisted in the military-sports game “Rubizh: The Warrior’s Path.” Over the course of three months, they underwent training in parachuting, marksmanship, and engineering, and practiced evacuation and protection against radiological, chemical, and biological threats.
Mikhail Razvozhayev, the Russian-appointed occupation governor of Sevastopol, wrote about this on Telegram.
According to him, students from Olympic Reserve Sports Schools Nos. 2, 4, 7, and 8 participated in the competition’s final, which took place in “Patriot” Park. Under the guidance of instructors from the Association of Veterans of the so-called “Special Military Operation,” they were trained in military skills and teamwork.
The program included helicopter rappelling, maneuvering on the training ground, engineering training, evacuation, radiation, chemical, and biological protection, first aid, firearms training, and laser tag.
