International aid
International aid is military, economic, technical, and humanitarian support that Ukraine receives from foreign states, international organizations, and charitable foundations. Such aid includes supplies of equipment, materials, financing of development projects and infrastructure restoration, especially in the context of a full-scale war. In Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, international aid is directed toward supporting rescuers, developing social infrastructure, and restoring communal services.
