In Odesa, the Russians damaged a hospital and a high-rise building

As a result of an overnight enemy attack in Odesa, the roof of a medical facility was damaged. Windows at a school and ten residential buildings were also damaged.
This was reported by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa Military Administration.
No one was injured.
Utility workers were on the scene from early morning. By morning, they had cleared the street and boarded up windows in the residential area.
Emergency response centers have been set up for those affected. Specialists are helping residents of damaged buildings file paperwork to claim compensation for damages.

A shopping center and food warehouses—which had been attacked previously—were also damaged in the combined strike.
As previously reported by Intent, on September 22, during another attack by Russian jet drones in the Odesa region, one person was killed and two other men were injured; one of them is in serious condition.
In Chornomorsk, Odesa Oblast, a World Health Organization (WHO) warehouse storing medical supplies was damaged as a result of a Russian attack.
A fire broke out on September 15 in the Pivdennivska community in the Odesa region as a result of a Russian attack. Nearly 3.6 metric tons of combustion products were released into the air, and the damage exceeded 10 million hryvnias. At that time, the fire engulfed 4.8 hectares of land.
The collected evidence was handed over to the Operational Headquarters of the State Environmental Inspection of Ukraine. The data will be used to document the consequences of Russia’s armed aggression, the Environmental Inspection added.
