The occupiers acknowledged power outages in the occupied Kherson region

The occupation administration does not know when it will be possible to fully restore power to the part of the Kherson region occupied by Russia.
This was stated by Russian puppet Vladimir Saldo.
According to him, most of the complaints from residents of the occupied territory currently concern the power supply. Saldo acknowledged that the power supply is unstable, which is causing problems with water supply, communications, and the operation of stores and social facilities.
He attributed the outages to strikes on substations and power lines. According to the Gauleiter, Russian power engineers are repairing the grid, rerouting power circuits, and trying to find backup solutions following the damage.
At the same time, Saldo did not specify any concrete timeline for the full restoration of power.
“I cannot make any empty promises regarding definitive timelines,” he said.
Saldo claims that in some occupied municipalities, the situation is allegedly gradually improving. At the same time, he said, following new damage, some of the restoration work effectively has to start over from scratch.
In addition to problems with the power supply, residents of the occupied Kherson region have complained in their reports about water, fuel, roads, and public transportation.
Saldo also reported complaints about the condition of the road on Verkhniy Slobidka Street in Henichesk. According to him, preparations for repairs have already begun, and the work itself is scheduled to take place in the near future.
