Zelensky presented a victory plan: main points

On Wednesday, October 16, PresidentVolodymyr Zelenskyy presented a plan for Ukraine's victory in the war against Russia in the Verkhovna Rada. This document includes diplomacy, economics, politics and a military component.

According to the president, the plan consists of 5 points and 3 secret annexes. Zelenskyy emphasized that if everything "goes according to plan," the war could be over by the end of next year.

The second, third and fourth points have secret annexes that were presented to the partners.

Odesa MP Oleksiy Honcharenko said that the entire military and political leadership of Ukraine attended the hearing of the plan. In particular, the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskyi, the head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, and the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Malyuk, were present.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers came to listen to Zelenskyy 's plan.

Meanwhile, the President of the European Council , Charles Michel, invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the EU summit. The event will take place tomorrow, October 17.
