Volunteers hit a mine in Kherson region

In the village of Veletynske, Kherson region, three volunteers were injured as a result of a Russian mine explosion in the evening of July 18.

According to the regional military administration, a car carrying men aged 30, 32, and 57 hit an explosive device.

All of them sustained mine-blast injuries and contusions. The doctors assessed their condition as light - the volunteers will be treated on an outpatient basis.

In the morning, on July 19, in the Korabelny district of Kherson, an enemy drone flew into the window of a private house and exploded. As a result, two men aged 28 and 34 were injured.

"They were taken to the hospital in moderate condition. The victims were diagnosed with explosive and craniocerebral injuries. One of them had a shrapnel wound to the shin. The medics provided them with the necessary assistance," the OVA said.

Over the past day, 32 localities in Kherson region came under Russian fire.

The Russian army attacked Kherson, Antonivka, Sadove, Kizomys, Yantarne, Zymivnyk, Bilozerka, Sofiyivka, Beregove, Velyetenske, Shyroka Balka, Mykilske, Poniativka, Beryslav with drones and artillery, Osokorivka, Vysoke, Havrylivka, Virivka, Mylove, Novoraysk, Burgunka, Vesele, Zorivka, Ivanivka, Kachkarivka, Mykolaivka, Novoberislav, Novokaira, Odradokamyanka, Tokarivka, Ukrainka, Chornobaivka.

Russian shells damaged a multi-storey building and 9 private houses, the Point of Unbreakability, a local fire department building, outbuildings, a garage and private cars.

According to the JFO, one person was killed and 12 others were wounded as a result of Russian armed aggression in Kherson region.

By the way, on Thursday, July 17, Russian troops launched a drone attack on a car carrying Chief Rabbi of Kherson and Kherson region Yosef Yitzhak Wolf and his family members.
