Ukrtelecom has once again announced an auction to sell the right to lease the Yunyi Zviyovets children's recreation center.
The information was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.
The new auction is scheduled for October 4. The area of the facility is 3,370.9 square meters. The property is located on the outskirts of the city near the Black Sea. The complex consists of an administrative building, two dormitories, a dining room, two staff houses, a shower room, a restroom, a diesel room, a vegetable storehouse, an electrical switchboard, a kiosk and a checkpoint. The complex can accommodate up to 200 people at a time.
It is in need of repair. Characteristics: number of floors - two; heating - own boiler house (boiler - diesel fuel); land plot of almost 2 hectares.
Theauction scheduled for July 27 by Ukrtelecom to find a tenant for the Yunyi Zviyavets children's health center on Dacha Kovalevsky Street in Odesa did not take place.
Ukrtelecom had already been looking for a tenant for the complex before. It was in May. But there were no bidders. The price was lower - UAH 159,780 per month. Last year's attempt was also unsuccessful.
Meanwhile, the Deposit Guarantee Fund recognized the auction for the sale of assets of Ukrbudinvestbank, which is being liquidated by the Fund, as a failure. The auction was to be held on September 18. The reason for the auction's cancellation was not disclosed. As collateral for the obligations to the bank, the premium tourist real estate was pledged - apartments with kitchens in a modern tourist complex in the Arcadia resort area on the coast of Odesa (Gagarin Plateau): 11th, 12th and technical floors of a 16-storey building with a total area of 1,805 square meters.
