Two children and a woman injured in Kherson due to Russian shelling

Yesterday, Russian troops massively attacked Kherson region with drones, aircraft and artillery. One person was killed and 15 other residents of the region were injured, including two small children.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the Russian military hit residential areas and social infrastructure. As a result of the attacks, 16 high-rise buildings and 8 private houses were damaged. The occupiers also damaged an administrative building, a banking institution, a catering facility, a gas pipeline, an outbuilding, a moped, agricultural machinery, and private cars.

As a result of Russian aggression, one person was killed and 15 other residents of the region were injured. Two children were among the injured.

In addition, 10 people were evacuated from the liberated communities of Kherson region. Residents of the region are once again urged to leave for safer places.

Separately, law enforcement officers reported an artillery attack on Kherson that took place on May 27 at around 17:45.

According to the investigation, a man was killed in the attack. A woman and two girls aged 3 and 6 were also injured. At the time of the shelling, the children were at the playground.

Under the procedural supervision of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime that resulted in the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.

Prosecutors and police investigators are documenting another war crime committed by the Russian military.

Recently, the Russian military attacked a hospital in Bilozirka, Kherson region, with artillery and FPV drones. The shelling injured two nurses and a staff member, and damaged the hospital building and residential buildings.

Also, on May 24, in Kherson , Russian troops launched an artillery attack on the territory of a market in the Dniprovsky district of the city. The attack killed two people and injured seven other civilians.

Earlier, Intent wrote that Russian troops have used more than 12 thousand drones in the Kherson sector since the beginning of May. The biggest threat to Ukrainian defenders today is the attack drones, which the enemy is using en masse.
