Three last residents evacuated from de-occupied village in Kherson region

(COLLAGE: INTENT.)

In the village of Krupytsia of the Novoraysk community, three local residents who had been under constant shelling by the Russian army for a long time were successfully evacuated.

This was reported by Volodymyr Litvinov, head of the Beryslav District Administration.

The rescue operation took place in conditions of increased danger, as the enemy continues to target frontline settlements in Beryslav district.

The rescued people include a man with an injury and a woman with limited mobility. Due to the difficult condition of the evacuees and the enemy's unrelenting fire, the operation required maximum speed and coordination.

Immediately after leaving the danger zone, the victims received first aid. Now they are safe under the supervision of doctors and volunteers. Krupytsia became another village in Beryslav region that was completely devastated by Russian aggression, but people's lives were saved.

Earlier, the Tenth of April NGO introduced a ticket reimbursement program for residents of Kherson region who leave dangerous settlements.

The organization offers a one-time financial assistance to reimburse the cost of travel by rail or bus. The maximum amount of payment is UAH 4 thousand per person. It should be noted that the support program does not cover flights, taxi rides or fuel costs for private cars.

The most vulnerable categories of citizens who are forced to evacuate can take advantage of this opportunity. The assistance is aimed at supporting the elderly, people with disabilities, pregnant women and families with children. In addition, people who find themselves in a difficult financial situation or have critical medical and healthcare needs can apply for the payments.
