The State Property Fund has put up for auction the property of the Mykolaiv Institute of Land Management

Mykolaiv has put up for an electronic auction the property complex of the Research Institute of Land Management, including real estate and other assets. The starting price of the lot is over UAH 2 million, and the auction will take place at the end of May.

This is evidenced by the data of the National Electronic Exchange.

The State Property Fund announced the sale of the property complex of the state enterprise Mykolaiv Research and Design Institute of Land Management. The auction will be held through an electronic platform starting on May 30, 2025, and the application period will last from May 10 to May 29, 2025.

The property for sale is located at the following addresses: Mykolaiv, Myru Avenue, and Pervomaisk, Vingranovskogo Street. The lot includes the premises of a part of the basement, first and last floors, garages, as well as other property such as the main building, a shed, a cellar and a restroom. In addition, the equipment, inventory, raw materials, products, rights of claim and debts according to the company's financial statements are up for sale.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 2 million 353 thousand 756 excluding VAT. The bidders must pay a guarantee fee of UAH 470,751 and a registration fee of UAH 1,600. The auction step is UAH 23,537.

To participate in the auction, it is enough to submit only one application, but with each step, participants can compete for the right to purchase the property. It is noted that the final amount is subject to VAT.

The auction is part of the small-scale privatization program organized by the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

In March, Mykolaiv region announced an auction for the privatization ofthe Veterinary Laboratory complex of non-residential buildings with a starting price of almost half a million hryvnias. The complex included a swimming pool, an outbuilding, a boiler room, and a laboratory.

In 2024, the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions put up 28 small-scale privatization objects in Mykolaiv region for electronic auctions, of which 19 were successfully sold to new owners from the non-state sector, and the state budget received more than UAH 37 million.
