The total area of the complex is 412.8 m². The land plot on which the facility is located remains the property of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and is not subject to privatization. The buyer will resolve the land use issues on its own in accordance with the applicable law.

The complex is not leased and has no restrictions on its use, which makes it possible to implement a wide range of business ideas. The auction is organized by the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

The auctions of the agricultural sector have brought more than one hundred million hryvnias to the state budget. The most expensive lot in January 2025 was a 98.94-hectare land plot in Mykolaiv region. Three bidders actively fought for the right to sublease it, raising the starting price by 6.5 times. The winner offered UAH 2.1 million, which set a record price per hectare at UAH 21,730.

In 2024, the State Property Fund put up for sale through electronic auctions 28 small-scale privatization objects in Mykolaiv region. Of these, 19 were sold and transferred to new owners from the non-governmental sector.

Last year, Alfa-Bionic LLC from Mykolaiv won the auction for the privatization of the Odesa Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise. The company agreed to buy the plant for over UAH 53.5 million.
