The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Command announced that it had struck 17 energy facilities in occupied Crimea and one power substation in the Kherson region over the past ten days of Operation “Crimean Circuit Breaker Off.” In total, over the three months of the operation, according to the Special Forces, 456 energy facilities in the occupied territories of Ukraine and in Russia were targeted.
This was reported by SBS Commander Robert Brovdi.
According to him, 44 energy facilities in the occupied territories were struck over the course of 10 days.
Most of them were in Crimea—17 facilities. These included the “Ostrovskaya” substation near Kyat, the “Zakhidno-Krymska” substation near Kar’ernoye, the “Krasnoperekopsk” and “Soda” substations near Yana Kapu, as well as the “Privolnoye,” "Nizhnegorsk," "Chornomorske," "Medvedeve," "Voinka," and others.
In the occupied Kherson region, the SBS list includes the 330-kV “Pershokostyantynivka” substation.
According to Brovdi, another 14 energy facilities are located in the occupied part of the Donetsk region, five in the Luhansk region, six in the Zaporizhzhia region, and one in the Kharkiv region.
In particular, the targets included the “Peremoha” substation in Luhansk Oblast, the “Chaikino” and “Zorya” substations in Donetsk Oblast, as well as a number of power substations in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
According to the commander of the SBS, these strikes are part of Operation “Crimean Circuit Breaker Off,” which has been ongoing since July 6. Between July 6 and October 3, according to his data, the SBS targeted 456 power facilities in the occupied territories and in Russia.
As a reminder, electricity consumption restrictions are in effect in occupied Crimea. The occupying authorities attribute this to “external influence.”
Recently, operators from the “Ghosts,” a special unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, struck military targets belonging to the Russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Among the targets were a railway bridge, radar stations, communications equipment, an aircraft, and high-speed boats.
