Bridges in Crimea and radars: The GUR's "Ghosts" have launched new strikes

Operatives of the "Ghosts," a special operations unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, continue to strike military targets belonging to the Russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Among the targets are a railroad bridge, radar systems, communications equipment, an aircraft, and high-speed boats.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to the GUR, “Ghosts” operators struck a railway bridge across the North Crimean Canal, nine communications towers, electronic warfare (EW) systems, radio-electronic reconnaissance (RER) systems, radar stations, and MESH repeaters.

Intelligence also reported the destruction of the “Nebo-U” radar station, the command post of the P-18 “Terek” radar, and two “Kasta-2E” radars.

In addition, during combat operations, an L-39 "Albatros" training and combat jet, a BK-10 high-speed assault boat, a BK-16 high-speed transport and landing craft, and a “Mangust” high-speed patrol boat were destroyed during combat operations.

The Main Intelligence Directorate noted that the destruction of such targets is intended to deprive Russian forces of their ability to conduct radar surveillance, transmit data, move resources, and operate at sea.

The results of the “Ghosts” special forces unit’s operation were shown in a video.

Recently, according to the General Staff, Ukrainian forces struck an“Orion” UAV ground control station at the Saki airfield. In addition, a Su-24 aircraft was struck at the same location.
