The Department of Education, Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports of the Fontanka Village Council has announced a procurement for the renovation of the “Kryzhanivsky Lyceum” building, including the installation of civil defense facilities. The estimated cost of the work is 100,413,737 hryvnias.

This is stated in the announcement on the Prozorro portal.

The deadline for submitting bids is 12:00 a.m. on July 11, 2026. The auction is scheduled to begin on July 13, 2026.

The tender is 100% funded from the local budget. The minimum price reduction increment is 0.5%. The bid bond for participants has been set at 502,068.69 hryvnias.

According to the draft contract, the contractor will begin work upon signing the contract and must complete all work by December 31, 2028. The contract itself will remain in effect until the parties have fully fulfilled their obligations. According to the draft document, the contractor may also ensure early completion of the work and its handover to the customer. The customer may, if necessary, decide to slow down, suspend, or accelerate the performance of the work.

Currently, the procurement process is in the stage of reviewing the submitted proposals. Tender proposals are evaluated based on the “Price” criterion, which accounts for 100% of the total score. The proposal with the lowest price will be considered the most economically advantageous.

The Fontanka community in the Odesa district had already planned to renovate the shelters at the high school and kindergarten in 2024. At that time, a tender with a total value of over 120 million hryvnias was announced. The first tender concluded without a contract being signed due to discrepancies in the winning bidder’s documents. A contract was eventually signed, but the work was halted due to a dispute between the Fontanka Village Council and the Southern Office of the State Audit Service.

Earlier, Intent reported on the announcement in Mykolaiv of a 98.1-million-hryvnia tender for the construction of a fallout shelter for Kindergarten No. 126. This project is funded by the European Union.
