In Odesa, Serhiy Horishchak, director of City Children’s Polyclinic No. 6, made his financial disclosure statement public following his dismissal. The document details his family’s assets, income, and savings.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

In the declaration, Horishchak listed his wife, Daria Peretyagina, and their two daughters— Ksenia Timchenko (formerly Horishchak) and Sofia Horishchak.

According to the document, the family owns a 94.1-square-meter apartment in Odesa, which is registered in the name of the former director’s wife. A 605-square-meter plot of land in the village of Mykolaivka, Odesa District, is also registered in her name. At the time of purchase, its value was 27,400 hryvnias.

Separately, in the declaration, the former director listed a 120-square-meter garden house that is still under construction. It is located in the same village, and its owner is the former official’s wife.

As for vehicles, the family declared a 2020 Honda HR-V purchased in 2021. The car is also registered in the wife’s name, and its value is not specified in the declaration.

In the first six months of 2026, Serhiy Horishchak earned 604,100 hryvnias at City Children’s Polyclinic No. 6. He received an additional 15,200 hryvnias for his work at Odesa National Medical University. His wife earned 27,200 hryvnias at City Clinical Hospital No. 10.

The couple also reported 450,000 hryvnias and 15,000 U.S. dollars in cash. In addition, they have accounts at PrivatBank, Universal Bank, and VST Bank.

In addition to his role as director, Serhiy Horishchak worked part-time as a pediatric neurosurgeon at the same clinic. He is also a member of the supervisory board of the nongovernmental organization “Medical Academy of Mediation and Education.”

In June, the Center for Political Reform (CPR) and Intent analyzed the asset declarations of 20 officials from the Odesa Regional State Administration, the Regional Council, the District Military Administration, and the District Council. Seventeen declarations are publicly available, while the documents of Regional State Administration Head Oleg Kipper and his deputies, Oleksandr Kharlov and Oleksiy Khymchenko, remain confidential.
