Deputies of the Odesa Regional Council have reported their income for the past year, and the Center for Public Investigations analyzed their declarations and identified the top five who earned the most last year.

In particular, in 2024, the leader in terms of income was again Oleh Kutateladze, a member of the Servant of the People party, who declared UAH 328 million in family income.

Of this amount, UAH 316.2 million was the MP's personal income, and another UAH 11.8 million was the income of his wife. The main source of income, as in previous years, is dividends from foreign and Ukrainian companies. After a significant drop in income in 2023 (only 19 million hryvnias), Kutateladze returned to the top by a wide margin.

The second place is occupied by non-factional MP Knyaz Khachatryan, who earned UAH 39.7 million in 2024. This is exclusively his personal income. The main sources were salary from his own Berezivkaagroshlyakhbud LLC, dividends and income from the same company.

The third place went to another non-factional MP , Ivan Fursin, with an annual income of UAH 29.6 million. This is exclusively his personal income. In 2023, the MP declared 33 million hryvnias, so his financial indicators have slightly decreased, but remain high. As before, the bulk of his income came from the sale of securities and corporate rights.

The fourth highest income earner was Viktor Andreyenkov, a member of the banned OPFL party, who declared 23.7 million hryvnias of personal income. As in previous years, Andreyenkov's family did not receive any income. Most of it came from dividends from his company Crystal Glass, dividends and fees from the Romanian company Pack Store Europe Srl. Although compared to 2023, when Andreenkov received UAH 20 million, his income increased slightly, it still did not reach the level of 2022 - UAH 31.5 million.

The top five is rounded out by Serhiy Parashchenko (junior), a member of the For the Future party with 20.3 million hryvnias of personal income. This is his first appearance in the top in the last three years. In 2022 and 2023, he was not among the leaders.

In contrast, MPs Fevzi Mamutov and Veniamin Unguryan did not declare a single hryvnia in 2024. Mamutov has remained in the "zero" category for the second year in a row.

Thus, in 2024, the income of some deputies of the Odesa Regional Council increased significantly. At the same time, there are still deputies who do not declare a single hryvnia.
