Three cars and $300,000 in cash declared by new Odesa prosecutor as family assets

The Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office has a new head - instead of Ihor Domuyev, it is now headed by Andriy Svatok, who previously served as the first deputy head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Andriy Svatok is a resident of Kyiv. In 2009, he began his professional career as an assistant prosecutor in the Obolon district of Kyiv. Later, he worked as a prosecutor and senior prosecutor of the Obolonsky District Prosecutor's Office in Kyiv.

He held the positions of Head of the Criminal Proceedings Supervision Department of the Mykolaiv Region Prosecutor's Office, Head of the Department for Supervision over the Observance of Laws by the National Police of Ukraine and Bodies Fighting Organized and Transnational Crime of the Zhytomyr Region Prosecutor's Office.

From April 2021 to January 2023, he was the Head of the Department for Supervision over the Observance of Laws by the National Police of Ukraine and Bodies Fighting Organized and Transnational Crime and Coordination of Law Enforcement at the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office. From January 2023 to June 2025, he was the First Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

In March, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption published the prosecutor's declaration. According to the document, he owns an apartment of 127.1 square meters in Kyiv. He also rents a parking space in Kyiv. His wife, on the other hand, owns 1.33 apartments in Kyiv, three cars in Kyiv and Brovary, and an eight-acre plot of land in the village of Novi Petrivtsi, Kyiv region. She also owns an unfinished residential building in the village.

Andriy Svatok owns two cars - a 2020 Toyota Camry and a 2010 Audi A6. His wife drives a 2021 Range Rover Evoque, which she has owned since 2023.

The family's income consists of the prosecutor's salary of UAH 1 million 622 thousand and UAH 1 million 72.8 thousand of income from his wife's business activities. The prosecutor and his wife keep 50.6 thousand US dollars in cash, he and 254.8 thousand US dollars for his wife. Andriy Svatko also has 720,452 UAH on his bank account, and his wife has 91,839 UAH.
