<span>Chernivtsi Village Council in Berezivskyi district of Odesa region has put up for sale a non-residential building at 49 Tsentralna Street.</span>

It is worth noting that the property at 49 Tsentralna Street in the village of Chernove is home to the Andriyevo-Ivanivskyi Regional Lyceum. The starting price of the lot is UAH 6 million 915.2 thousand. The auction is scheduled for January 15, 2026.

Earlier, the National Bank of Ukraine failed to sell an integral property complex located in Odesa at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.

Instead, the State Property Fund of Ukraine held an auction for the privatization of the Nauka recreation center in Odesa region with a total area of 789.9 square meters. There were 74 bidders for the lot, and due to the high competition, which the Fund called record-breaking, the value increased almost 109 times: from the starting price of UAH 204.4 thousand to the winning price of over UAH 22 million.
