In Odesa, non-residential premises with a total area of 2,146 square meters at 105/1 Malaya Arnautskaya Street have been put up for auction again. The starting price remains unchanged at 64,538,000 hryvnias, excluding VAT. The first auction in September did not take place.

This is stated in the announcements on the Prozorro.Sales platform.

The premises on the first, second, and third floors, intended for retail space, have been put up for sale. The property is being sold as part of the bankruptcy proceedings of Ukrbudspetstekh LLC. The company is linked to Leonid Klimov, a former member of parliament and former owner of Imexbank and the Chornomorets football club .

The property has a unique feature: it does not have separate entrances or its own stairwell connecting the floors. Access to the premises is possible through five entrances and the stairwell of another property, which is not being sold at the auction.

Thefirst auction was announced in late August and was scheduled to take place on September 17. However, the auction did not take place. A new auction has been scheduled for November 5, 2026, and bids will be accepted until November 4.

The minimum bid increment is 645,380 UAH, and the security deposit for participants is 6.45 million UAH. The National Bank of Ukraine holds a mortgage on the property.

Previously, attempts had already been made to sell the “Novy Pryvoz” shopping center with a starting price of 779.5 million hryvnias. However, the auction did not take place.
