For violating competition law, they were fined a total of more than 1.3 million hryvnias.

This was reported by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Experts established a number of facts and circumstances indicating coordinated conduct between sole proprietor V.S. Gliznuty and the “Pryimak-2023” farming enterprise.

Under the law, companies penalized for collusion in tenders over the past three years are barred from participating in new procurements.

Previously,Mykolaivvodokanal and the Portof “Pivdennyi” were designated as monopolists. Among the companies newly added to the register in May 2026,the Pivdennyi Sea Trade Portreported the highest revenue—3.2 billion hryvnias. Mykolaivvodokanalwas also included in the list of natural monopolies, with revenue of 431.5 million hryvnias.

Additionally, the Administrative Board of the Southern Interregional Branch of the Antimonopoly Committee ruled that the actions of the Kyiv District Administration of the Odesa City Council constituted a violation of legislation on the protection of economic competition. They found that the Kyiv District Administration of the Odesa City Council had included a requirement in the bidding documents for selecting a contractor to provide household waste collection and removal services in the Kyiv District of Odesa—specifically, that the contractor must have its own solid waste landfill— and the distance to it—requirements not provided for by current legislation.
