Sports complex with equipment put up for sale in Odesa

The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions has put up for sale a sports complex with equipment as part of small-scale privatization.

The announcement was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The facility is located in Odesa at 12A Bagritskoho Street. The sports complex has a total area of 806 square meters and is located in a two-story building that is not a detached building. The total area of the sports complex's premises located on the ground floor is 601.1 square meters; on the second floor - 204.9 square meters. The equipment includes a water treatment chamber, an electric heater, a tent, a table, and a refrigerator. Electricity, water supply and sewerage are available.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 11.7 million. The objects of small-scale privatization include enterprises and property whose value does not exceed UAH 250 million. Such objects are sold exclusively through the electronic trading system.

Earlier, Mithridates Odesa Limited Liability Company put up for sale an architectural monument at 1 Pastera Street. This address is home to the Brazhynsky House, designed by architect Francesco Boffo. The house was built in 1835. The description states that it is a non-residential building with an area of 1,211 square meters.

In addition, insolvency trustee Oleksandr Bokhan re-auctioned a complex of buildings, structures and equipment of the Dorozhnyk recreation center in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region. All this property is being sold at auction as part of the reorganization procedure of Odesa Oblavtodor, a subsidiary of the State Joint Stock Company State Joint Stock Company Automobile Roads of Ukraine. The starting price of the lot is UAH 28 million 571.2 thousand, and the auction was scheduled for August 26, but the auction was not held due to absentees.
