Shooting at civilians: Russians killed a man in Kherson region

Yesterday, on January 26, the Russian military damaged a multi-storey building and 5 private houses. As a result of Russian aggression, 1 person died and 2 others were injured.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Russian troops were shelling social infrastructure and residential areas of the region's settlements. Molodizhne, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Bilozerka, Rozlyv, Yantarne, Veletynske, Nadezhdivka, Ivanivka, Tokarivka, Stanislav, and Sofiyivka came under enemy fire and air strikes, Beryslav, Tyahynka, Zmiyivka, Chervonyi Mayak, Dudchany, Mylove, Shlyakhove, Havrylivka, Olgivka, Monastyrske, Respublika, Osokorivka, Burgunka, Lvov, Kozatske, Vesele and the city of Kherson.

In the afternoon, Russians attacked a man with a UAV in the Korabelny district of Kherson. The 49-year-old Kherson resident sustained an explosive injury. Currently, doctors are conducting an examination and providing assistance to the victim. Between the villages of Veletynske and Rozlyv , the occupants attacked a 45-year-old man riding a bicycle with a UAV. He received injuries incompatible with life.

The day before, on December 25, the Russian military damaged 2 high-rise buildings and vandalized a private car. As a result of Russian aggression, 4 people were injured. On December 24, residential areas, critical infrastructure, private houses and vehicles were hit. Nine private houses, a cell tower, garages and cars of local residents were damaged. Five people were injured in the attacks and are currently receiving medical treatment. On January 23, the Russians also damaged two high-rise buildings and nine private houses.

In addition, the occupiers damaged outbuildings, a garage and private cars. Three people were injured. On January 22, Russian troops fired twice at the rescuers. During the shelling of one of Kherson's neighborhoods, an employee of the State Emergency Service was injured while performing emergency rescue operations. He was hospitalized, and the fire was quickly extinguished.

Before that, the occupiers had struck numerous times in the Kherson region. The aggression killed two people and injured 11 others. In the morning, a 61-year-old local resident fell victim to a Russian "petal" mine in the village of Antonivka. As a result of the explosion, the man sustained serious injuries - an explosive wound and a foot injury. The victim was promptly taken to hospital.
