Seized land plot near the airport is put up for sale for 8 million in Odesa region

The Department of Enforcement of Decisions of the Department of State Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has put up for sale a seized 1.6 hectare plot of land near Odesa.

The land plot belongs to the Tairova village council, field No. 5, land plot No. 10. Purpose: for commercial agricultural production (arable land). The land plot is being sold within the framework of enforcement proceedings to enforce a decision that is subject to enforcement. It is located on the territory next to the guarded airport.

Earlier, private enforcement officer Georgiy Parfyonov once again put up for auction a 0.1-hectare plot of land at 12-B Novoberigova Street, which was arrested by the Commercial Court of Odesa Oblast. The starting price of the auction decreased by 15% compared to the previous two auctions and reached UAH 12 million 363.2 thousand. The second auction, scheduled for February 13, was not held due to the lack of bidders. The starting price then remained the same as at the first auction - UAH 14 million 544.9 thousand. The land plot is located at 12-B Novoberegova Street. In 2018, the Executive Committee of the Odesa City Council entered into an agreement with the private enterprise TAU on the company's participation in the creation and development of the engineering, transport and social infrastructure of Odesa during the construction of a residential complex with built-in general-purpose premises and underground parking, with the placement of a diesel and transformer substation to serve the residential complex at this address.
