The second Made in Ukraine office in the Mykolaiv region has been opened in Pervomaisk to support small and micro businesses in the region.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional Employment Center.

In the new office, entrepreneurs will be able to receive advice and assistance in preparing documents for participation in government programs, including grants for veterans, compensation for the employment of internally displaced persons, training and retraining programs, etc.

The Made in Ukraine offices are part of the government's strategy to support domestic producers, in particular aimed at stimulating production, attracting investment and developing non-resource exports.

According to Dmytro Oboronko, Director of the Mykolaiv Regional Employment Center, this year the Government is implementing a number of business support programs: the "Own Business" microgrant, grants for veterans, grants for waste recycling, greenhouses, and drones. The program also includes affordable housing loans, 5-7-9 loans, investment loans for the processing industry, the purchase of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment, compensation for 25% of purchase costs, etc.

Made in Ukraine offices will be gradually opened in all cities of the country, providing local business support.

The first regionalMade in Ukraine office to support small and micro businesses in the region was opened in Mykolaiv in July. Mykolaiv region became the 14th region where this All-Ukrainian platform is being implemented. A total of three such offices are planned to be opened in the region.

In early September, the Recovery and Development Office launched a new project called the Mykolaiv Entrepreneurs Support Window. The goal of the project is to increase the development of local business. Thus, entrepreneurs will receive free information and consulting services, a telegram community, access to information about grants, and training support.

Mykolaiv has also recently selected mini-projects in social entrepreneurship. Eight Mykolaiv entrepreneurs received financial support worth UAH 410 thousand each to implement their business ideas. A total of 16 entrepreneurs from Mykolaiv and neighboring communities took part in the competition.

In the Bashtanka district, 12 entrepreneurs and one farm have already received microgrants to create and develop businesses in the areas of land management, trade, dental practice, crop production, hairdressing, accounting, clothing and accessories, and grain growing.
