Searches were conducted in the Belgorod-Dniester City Polyclinic

Law enforcement officers searched the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City Polyclinic in Odesa Oblast, which houses an expert team of doctors who assess the daily functioning of a person (formerly the MSEC).

The visit resulted in the detention of two expert doctors, Bessarabia INFORM reported, citing its own sources.

According to preliminary information, the doctors were detained red-handed. During the searches, a large amount of cash was seized from them.

They are probably suspected of issuing fake disability certificates. In addition, searches were conducted in the hospital administration and in the regional territorial centers for staffing and social support.

Currently, the detained doctors are in Odesa, where the issue of choosing a preventive measure will be decided. Following the searches, the detainees were taken into custody without the right to be released on bail.

Meanwhile, the Security Service of Ukraine and the police detained a leading specialist of the mobilization accounting department of one of the departments of the Odesa District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support in Odesa. In exchange for 25 thousand hryvnias, he promised to influence unidentified persons to remove them from the "Wanted" database, as well as to ensure unimpeded passage of the military medical commission and recognition of them as unfit for service for health reasons.

In the course of the investigative and operational actions, law enforcement officers documented the receipt of the bribe in several tranches. After receiving the entire amount of money, the military officer was detained. He was served a notice of suspicion of receiving a bribe to influence decision-making, combined with extortion.

In June, detectives from the Bureau of Economic Security and prosecutors searched the premises of the municipal enterprise Specialized Installation and Maintenance Unit of the Odesa City Council.
